[HELP] Masquerade Room v3

I always having this error. I tried to re-extract everywhere and still having this everyone know how to fix this ?

I did many times but still having that error.

Right click -> properties -> compatibility -> check the "Run as Administrator"-box.
Just right click and "Run as Administrator" won't work.
