perin bug or a glitch

I saw bunch of pplayer selling perin 9999 in really money. Wtf i want to start my own server but i worry about this bug.

On what Server do you see it ?
Maybe CheatEngine isn't fixxed...

cheat engine is fix it detected when you used it
