EU XignCode disabler.

Hi, i thought that this will come in handy for some of you, it disables XignCode on EU server, you have to keep in mind heartbeat packet anyways.
It's a lot simpler way than that OllyDbg method, so i hope that nobody will have any problem with that.
Code itself is not anything fancy, simple patches.
Have fun.
Instructions:
1.Launch cabal launcher, wait till it will update(or whatever).
2.Launch disabler(cb.exe) as admin.
3.Press start button on launcher.
Now there should be no XignCode, happy hunting for dem hacks.

Work, if you have dll error , reinstall visual c++ redistribuitable 2010 x86 and x64
but after 5 minutes you will get disconnect on cabal
