As far as I know, Private SRO section from EPVP does not allow any kind of attack against other people/servers.
I mean, we do and we hack each other on a daily basis but we're not allowed to admit that so there's unlikely that you'll get a response.
Try to ask somebody using the private message function.

beside its for some server which not included in epvp
