What are the odds that someone will upload a retail like advanced server with Arabia and D13 equipment with no edits and bugs? None to zero.
It does cost people lots of time implementing special stuff (everything beyond vSRO standards with half finished Jupiter area, mobs, animations and skills counts as special). No one hesitates uploading some ripped files, e.g. vSRO188/193 or any newb l337 server files. You get the idea.
Just try getting along adding those stuff to your own server.
Download the base stock files and keep advancing them as you wish and this will guarantee the settings you desire.
