Does CFEU ban me for this?

Hello,
I wanted to ask, will Gamerage ban me if I bought RP and afterwards I opened a dispute on PayPal? I wonder if Gamerage can know who opened the dispute and they actually ban the account if I opened a dispute?

Just saying....This happened in a game called Combat Arms. Someone did the same thing. They banned his account and in order to unban it, he has to pay a fee.

That's related to Nexon so I think it's maybe different than Gamerage.
