Window name can't change

Hello guys.
I want to ask again for your help..
I am trying to change the window name to my server name. I change it from locale.py but then i get this error.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Any ideas?

have you this line?

When you mean the Window Title you can Change in UserInterface/.StdAfx.h #define APP_NAME
