Problem started C9

hello guys and I created an account on C9 but when you start the game asks me for a IDENTIFICATION ... and I not to do or to put ... anyone can help me? I also get errors when starting the launcher C9

maybe you should realize he is having some problems making accounts? stop bothering the poor guy.
