ARMA III ESP

I've been scrubbing threads looking for a legit ARMA III ESP and all ive came across is people that do not respond, fake ones, sold out, and out dated. Is there anyone who is legit out there selling one and that will accept paypal? It can be a multi hack but im really only concerned about having esp and battle eye safe.
