Request to open an improved server with experienced owner

Dear everyone,

I am so f*cking pissed off that I see new private servers has been opened every f*cking day. Always the same kids (mostly Egyptians or Turkish kebabs). I am so infuriated.

What do I want to reach with this topic? I will tell you in briefly.

• request to close all sh*tty copied private server which will probably die in 1-2 weeks or less -> useless, time wasting, corrupted servers
• moderators should revise the new servers' owners they have the required experience for leading an own server, if they satisfy itself, request to punish the writer of useless article and give him IP ban, also automatically remove all the topic of private servers which is made by a "newbie" player who registered to epvp (it can be checked by moderators) so you, moderators have to ascertain all the people who are gonna open a new thread to advertise his new private server

Server instruction:

• no "coin-based" server, we want real "job-based" server to get the sox items with trading, so reducing the luck with talismans from FGW or rigging the coin by another account
• hwid and iplimit, both of them reduced to 2 or 3 strictly

Other setups depend by the server owner, I just mentioned 2 important things which shouldn't be changed.

Someone who cannot articulate him/herself properly without falling out of the line is not worth getting anyone for him/her to work with nor will anyone do follow your lead or obey your wishes.

Advertising on this forum ''elitepvpers'' is completely free, you ain't paying any cent for your advertisement. tho everyone can advertise his/her project here freely without any restrictions as long as you follow our rules.
corrupted team, bugged server or a system with a loophole is not our concern. it's the user who picks the server not us.
It's like going into a liquor store, you won't let someone else pick your wine bottle that doesn't fit your own requirement. same scenario...
you're asking us ''Mods'' to pick a server and approve it that may not fit your requirements or others. It will never happen !
You have the option to pick any server you want, it only depends on you and your vision.

The moment you realise that the server doesn't fit you or ruin your gaming experience, you can definitely leave it. a private project/server is not supposed to stay active/online forever it's a matter of time so sooner or later like us human beings.
