i got ban (FIFA 17 PC)

I used a trainer in DRAFT then I got banned
i send email to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and they dont want to remove my ban And has been a month since
what can i do?

I got a Ban today too i used the trainer for only 4 games nothing more... so it seems EA will do somethink agains Cheater ;D

That's impossible, you always get a warning first before getting banned.

Maybe you were banned for buying/selling coins, because they don't give warnings for that.

They give and they ban after the warning like 2 mins after :)

ok i saw i got an warning at 1:16am and then i got the ban at 1:16 am wow EA RLY

I talk to the support and now i have to wait 3 day for their answer ...

ja mal sehen ich hoffe auf was anderes bin denen heute etwas aggresive entgegen gekommen von wegen ich habe gar nix benutzt ich würde gerne wissen was das soll. Und wenn da nächste woche keine vernünftige antwort kommt ich wieder bei dennen im Support aufschlage und es nicht einsehe ein Spiel 2 mal zu kaufen obwohl man nix gemacht hat. Die Spasten sollen mir doch bitte erstmal die beweise offen legen warum ich gebanned wurde. weil einfach auf meinen rechner zugreifen und daten auslesen ist ja nicht erlaubt. lass mich net so einfach von dennen abspeisen. 4 mal trainer benutzt und die spacken rum andere machen dat seit monaten und bekommen nix.

Also über online support, email support oder live chat kannst du das ganze vergessen. Du musst bei denen Anrufen und von Hörer zu Hörer versuchen den Mitarbeitern davon zu überzeugen, dass du unschuldig bist. Die Mitarbeiter sind meist auch sehr nett und klären mit dir gemeinsam die Sache.

I can't disagree with you, you are right but they won't ban people who cheat for months but we get a ban for using it once thats just fucked up.
