Requires change of club name, which can only be done once. If you've already done it it won't work.

what if I am banned already?

True, I don't think changing Origin nickname or club name works at all. The ban is tied to a specific user ID which is stored in their database and doesn't change even if you rename your club or change your Origin nickname. There is no way to unban an EA account.
