Sorry for my english, but i can't speak english well.
I paid with PSC and this guy blocked pin and said me "Im so sorry but its my firstg time with PSC". He didnt give me key, he just said "pls wait". We will see isnt scam.

Ok this kid is scammer, he took PSC and he blocked pins on some gambling site and he think if he wasted money its not scam (he didnt give me key)
