all u need is:
1. iQuest for HK-Files (if released idk)
2. enough physical power to: move the mouse and select the quest, change the minLevel and set it to 1, save the changes and save the QuestData.shn
you could also send the QuestData.shn to someone whos borred enough to change it for you :) (not me)
