The notification you received is called a Behavior Alert, and it isn't actually directly correlated to any punishments. It's meant as a heads up to let players know they've been reported more often than what is considered normal for their account. We understand when players are falsely reporting, and though you may get a warning, unfounded reports won't count against you.
In any case I'm happy to hear you're focused on doing better. Remember that you can't control how others are going to act or play, you can control how you react to them.
