Normal - 30 days (720 hours) = 1€ // up to 1 account
Middle - 60 days (1440 hours) = 1,75€ // up to 1 account
Pro - 90 days (2160 hours) = 2,50€ // up to 2 accounts
Extreme - Lifetime (~ hours) = 5 € // up to 2 accounts

Yes! The boost will continue once you stop playing. The script restarts every 15 minutes.

You probably won't. But keep in mind there is always a risk of getting banned, even though there is no case of being banned for hourboosting yet.
