how to edit some value in sql server?

Beyond that information you will not get any other except this:
You cannot give modified objects from (1) except via direct trading. The //create command will not make database-modified items. You can give configured items (from the .bin files) by inserting records into the target player's TEventItem table or that player's character.

So far as doing drop or refinement events, I doubt anyone here has ever really run one so don't expect a how-to on it.
