Afaik the only issues are better protections against DSEfix type attacks on fully upgraded windows 10 and more expensive (a lot more expensive) driver certificates for new installations of win 10 with enabled secure boot and actual driver verification by microsoft.

Care to clarify? I'm out of the loop..
