I dont use paypal but I think he meant that when it redirects from bigpoint payment to paypal its insecure like the link where it redirects you is "unsafe" and not authorized/verified. I dont know how to better explain cause I cant find the right words and cause I do not use paypal payment but something like that.

Edit: I just tried to click on paypal payment and it seems authorized for me.

Authorized for me too, but i once had something like that so i risked buying doubler just because i was curious what will happen and still got my goods so i don't think that BP is hacked :D

It can be that your paypal acc not know the email of BP or it's your first time you bank via paypal.
