[Release] vSro NPC add tool

So I was searching for a tool to add NPCs because doing it manually is a pain and I stumbled across this tool.
Same guy who translated and released the English version wrote that the source code is safe.

Design -> Go to the bottom of an empty row -> type index then int then untick the allow null then press on the key symbol. Scroll down and set identity to yes
