[pk2/db]How to place objects to the map.

Hello guys :)
I have problem.
How can i "place" new object to the map ?
I mean for example : How to place decoration in towns ?

I dont want to create decoration, i just want to add existing .bsr model.
Not as NPC or MOB... Just as object xD

This map editor is weird. Sometimes objects are disappearing depends of the camera angle...
I will try media way.
