Advertissment message in turkish

Hi, Im french, my game is in french, and i've got this message into ultimate team. The words up on the left are in french "remarque importante" but the rest of the message isnt in french, can someone pls explain to me what does this mean in english ? Thanks a lot ! :handsdown:

Well they are telling u that their is a gold pack with a 85+ player in the shop^^,sth. like that :)

Moi aussi mec , je crois que c'est que les francais qui recoivent un message en turc car un pote aussi l'a recu !
