Automatic Event Help Request

Hello guys.
I'm trying to implement automatic event in my specific unique server.

The I need to be done, following in order:

1- Send news missing 30 minutes to start the event.
2 Summon one Unique in one location and pre determined time automatically.
3- Send news server on the start of the event.
4 Wait for the predetermined time for the duration of the event.
5- During the event report when missing 30 minutes to the end.
6- When the timer expires, check that the monster is dead, if so, send news of who killed him, all teleport back to Hotan and close. If the time runs out and no one able to kill the unique, all teleport back to Hotan and inform the end of the event where no one could emerge victorious. After that, kill the unique without having made any drop (like the command / mobkill 0)

Any idea how I can do this?

if that monster not a unique how you gonna get the killer id ?
if that monster is a unique every one would know who won the event.
explain more pls

The monster will be a unique.
more precisely will be the MEDUSA and DARK DOG.

Basically the bot will need to perform the following functions:

1- announce missing 30min for the event
2- announce that the event began
3- summon the unique
4- kill the unique case reaches the end of time and no one kill
5- inform the end of the event
6 whether it was winning and who was the winner, if any.

1. are u editing a source code and need a function for that
or you need a full program to do just that ?

will be hard i guess for the BOT char to keep track for unique walk and kill it if time ends
-what you can do is selecting an empty area and kick every one out when the event is over.
every thing else can be done.

actually my biggest problem is being summon the unique pre determined schedule and kill him if anyone kill him.

and if I need not have no problem in using a program for this.

This requires some work, a stored procedure and unique-kill logger & a bot & sql server agent. It's not that hard to do, actually easy. I wouldn't mind doing, if you pay.

I would not mind paying if you really do all that I want, the following:

1- Notice missing 30min to start the event.
2 Notice that initiated the event.
3 Summon unique to the beginning of the event itself.
4 Wait for the event duration.
5- Report missing 30min to the end of the event.
6. Check if the monster was killed, if so, inform the winner of the event and all teleport back to Hotan.
7- If the monster is not dead, teleports everyone back to Hotan, kill the unique without drop.
8 Send news of the end of the event.

Can you do that?
I need for 2 different mobs in different locations.
