ultimate team tips ?

hey,
I just started to play fifa and wanted to build me a team.

But I'm still confused if I should start to build my team like this, because of this I want to ask you if you can give me some tips.

Build the team you like, with the players you like. Search some tutorials on youtube for skills, shooting and formations.
Fifa is a really hard game to learn imo, I'm also having a hard time and I have a really good team.
