About Ip Limit

Hello ,
Now There Are players in same netcafe or same network
if i make ip limit 2 or 3 , they won't open

but someone told me about server has HWID = pc limit not ip ?
how can i do it ?

Is hard to to do HWID. But if you got netcafe I would suggest you just to whitelist the netcafe's ip so the ip limit doesn't apply.
