Starting NPC: Hunter Guilder Shahad
Deliver a mail to General Rachel.
Required Quest: LV 27 "Distracting Attention"

Guys, i cannot start this quest to get my Ivy quest.
I am lvl 64 and when i go to Hunter Guilder Shahad, i have the options to join the Hunter job, buy / sell etc.

Can someone tell me why?

Hello all,

I play CSRO in Div2. I have a Lv100 nuker and I use the bot butterfly. When I bot for like 10~30 minutes my character is standing still and doing noting. After a couple of minutes i get the DC problem. Somtimes I get DC after 50 minutes.
I already turned off my Windows Firewall but it doenst help. Does someone know what the problem is? Or how I can fix this?

You need to have finished the following quests before you can accept "Distracting Attention":
Fallen Angel Seniel
Assault Commander's Spoil
Pirate Sweeping 2
Pirate Sweeping 1
Delivering Pirate's Letter
Hunting Crab
