Since the Monaco EPrix is only on every other year (the Grand Prix Historique going in the off-year), why not have a EPrix in neighbouring Nice each year Monaco isn't hosting?
The circuit which I propose is in the heart of the city going along the shore, the harbour, through part of the residential areas and along the Paillon park/avenue section.
Obviously it shouldn't go on the same weekend as the Grand Prix Historique, but on the on before or even better after.
Then race fans can have a long stay in the Cote d'Azur to watch the Grand Prix Historique in Monaco, the EPrix in Nice and the Grand Prix in Monaco.
