Need SWSRO2 Help, urgent.

I downloaded the December 23RD update from FoulSouls thread, when I start it up I see a little white box pop up, then it shuts down.

how to fix? it's pissing me off bigtime.

SwSro2 is offline currently.. GM noticed anything like an update..
I think there is going to be an update now
