i don't say how get resource tool!!!

information:
Mine gun - Training submachine gun
Fish submachine gun - Submachine gun
Vital shock - Hand gun

instructions:
1.- extract files
2.- open s4resource
3.- make a backup
4.- import this iteminfo.x4
5.- have fun!!!
