Totaly right !

It's useless to use VPN or proxy for have cheap payment because one day you'r account will be change back to you'r real country and you will need to pay the real price because Bigpoint don't like "payment bug user"

No,it wont.I live in Romania and one of my accs was having german payment(idk why) and i had to sent to suport a copy of my id card and after that they changed it to Romanian payment.
