(Help) Instagram got Hacked

My two Instagram Pages got Hacked. I wanted to get it back but Instagram couldnt help me.:rtfm: I also messages the Hacker but He wont give it back :( All I know isnone of the hacked pages new Email (Icloud) I hope someone can Hel me.
