Here are the steps to follow:
1 - Create a new fresh account (with new account, so in case anything happen on it you won't loose your main) using a Japanese/Chinese/Malaysian etc. proxy or VPN. Chinese and Japanese proxies are really easy to find (just take a look on Google).
2 - Once you are on Asia 1, and you account is created, you have to switch to another proxy/VPN, but either a Brazilian, Russian or Hungarian proxy/VPN. Then, you must go on the payment page and open it using the proxy/VPN.
3 - You'll successfuly have an Asia account with a cheaper payment (usually around -50%).
4 - You can now set up your account as you want, do not forget to note your first password and email somewhere ;)
Note: U can do on another server's with proxy to have cheap payment.
