If you have no proves and dont take a trade request you lost your money. Sorry.. I got scammed too and lost 100 EUR 6 months ago.
Next time trust no one and trade with the tradeguide

I know my english is not the yellow from the egg

We, as elitepvpers, can't bring back your money or your account
you probably should also write a support ticket to the Riot/LoL support about your account being hijacked

Skype proofs could may help you but they won't help you here on elitepvpers. As long as you didn't trade using the elitepvpers trading system (Request a Trade, Treasures & Privat Messages) they cannot help you. You should report it to Riot/LoL and if you it doesn't work you should report it to the police.

Always trade over private message on elitepvpers and/or use an MiddleMan.

Sorry to hear about your loss. There are a lot of scammers out there so always becareful when trading. Even if someone has a lot of positive tbm, you should look at their post history to get better understanding of who they are. If you see little to no post about them doing transaction, then its a huge red flag. Its most likely they traded tbm with someone else without actually trading anything. it sucks but your best bet would be to contact paypal..
