how Can i make the compose rate 50% mean 2 compose can make the pet 1* plz any help

You have to do it By hand. its the cq_eudemon_rbn_rqr. min and max columns
( I guess you don't have to do it by hand, But if you don't you may not know why your rates are messed up)
