Darkorbit Ban for no reason

at 18.9 i got ban on my acc in server GB2, when i try to login it showing me error=99 but 1 time it show me error=13 so what is it? i don't know what error=13 is, thanks

Whether it's permanent ban, temporary ban or someone's logged in to your account. (As seen on previous threads about this error. Some say it's permanent, some say it's temporary and some say that someone may be logged in to your account.)

If you want to confirm, you can always send an email to support and ask!

i send a ticket to support and waiting, and this f.cking bigpoint give me ban for no reason, no email, nothing now i waiting

im pretty sure u are one of those "I NEVER DID ANYTHING FUCK BUGPOINT" and few post later u will say something like: "well i used a bug once"

i don't use bugs, i play only 3 months but i don't have formations tartarus lightning so no bugs, and i got ban chat on 3 days and then i can't login to my acc

If you sent a ticket to support then be patient. They have their reasons to ban players. If you ever used any bugs, bots or bought the account, you have a chance for ban.

but it's very stupid they banned my acc for no reason without email, i'm so angry on bigpoint because i getting here very great acc and then ban for no reason >:(

They never send any email when they ban accounts. At least they didn't send me. It's you who have to contact them and ask what happened to your account and why.

Nah m8 I know this guy, he wasnt botting or bugusing, if it is possible to get banned because of sharing the account than its probably due to this. Im quite interested for how long did he got ban and for what because he was even paying hard to bugpoint (for e.g. bought surgeon on that shitty uridium action).

Yes, you can get an account banned if you share the account. What I think, if this indeed is a ban, it would be max. 1-month ban and min. 1-week. - I have never seen someone getting permanent ban from sharing account. - That's my thought because there was a post from Moderator awhile ago in Darkorbit Forum about a bug, which, if you used it, you would have gotten a 1-week ban. (I'm not actually hundred percent sure about this, but I believe that's what the Moderator said.)

But as I said earlier, support is the only one that can answer, whether it's a ban or something else.
