Maybe he's talking about the packet signing? If he is, then it was never a feature of Morrighan and it was never planned to be; being it only needs to read.

i wish I knew enough asm to figure it out, is it me or 1 of the bytes is random?

it is CRC32; check SaharaCS2.dll in G13 leaks

because you arent doing it right, here's a tip: it is not vulnerable to replay attacks, why you might ask? well, consider the possibility that 1 of those bytes is not part of the checksum at all
