Set Service 0 in _RefSkill and then update client skill files in textdata.

You need skill encryptor and decryptor for it to work properly.

I think the client might crash that way, no? If he didn't set service to zero in Db as well.

As Goofie said, properly adjust the skills at _RefSkill which e.g. require a skillmastertree equal/higher (=>) than lv 121 and set their service off via a simple "update if" query. Do the same at the skilldata_enc files. Also recommended, disable, comment out or remove the lines in skilleffect, also, most important part, recheck skillmasterydata. I know that for example lv 121+ skills on force/water will require more rows at the respective skillmastery right below the passiv skill(s) row. Adjust it to the existing current skillrows you have (skilltreelines_ingame - 1; since the game starts counting at 0, not 1) or you will cluelessly search for the crashing issue.

Do this stuff, just to get sure nothing interfers with your gaming client, since ... Joymax was a bitch at not throwing out fatal errors and replacing missing content with a typical missing object overlay without forcing a software crash.
