what about having full scatter lasers/fusion shield? are they good? can they be upgraded to level 16?

Yeah, you can upgrade the new lasers and shield. If you have Full LF4, you don't need the new stuff. Scatter laser, though, is a bit better than LF3.

they will add some pvm lasers too 175 dmg to aliens and 130 to players or something like that
