Conection Refused

Hello Guys
I Have a realy bad problems..with my sf :)
I chage the game and db with 40k game and db compilet by me..
I use mainline source
I fixed timebomb
But...the game..not start
If i type ./game....
I receive conection refused..

my serverfiles is default 34k
Any help is welcome :)
