You can just edit skillinfo.xml and if you can't do data folders just extract it from the .pack files and repack it.

Look for Fireball in skillinfo.xml, look through its part of the xml for range, modify the value to 999999999999999999.
Fireball seems to be the only skill which has an editable range.
However, you can make some things go through walls via range modifications.

…………
Er....
where is the skillifo.xml?
I couldn't find it any where.
and I looked at the ..\mabinogi\package
I only found some .pack files like 83_full.pack ,83_to_87.pack ,87_to_91.pack etc.
Is the skillifo.xml in one of them?

I tried to use dbpack2 to open the file 83_full.pack,
But it says"read XXXXX error"
should I use any other software to open it?

Oops. Forgot about those. Throwing dice isn't really a skill, though. More like an action?

Here are the packing and unpacking tools I use (I just put them in one file) courtesy of mabimods.
