Saimon Event & new upgrades

hello Every one,

I know lot of player will say this information is available on Darkorbit forums. But what they forget most of us dont actually "CHECK" offical forums. To me this is offical forums :P.

starting on September 12th, it’s time to arm your ships for a fresh and bloody war!

The event is scheduled to run for two weeks, so there's plenty of opportunity to collect all the cool stuff and discover more about the Saimon Rebellion.

New Shield Generator: Fusion Shields
Less shield strength than their standard counterparts, but increase shield recovery speed (out of combat)

You forgot the modify on skill desings cooldown duration:p
