Bug Need For Speed World Offline 1.8

Hi guys! The Paint Shop wont load, its loading infinitly. I have the latest version of offline server. What is wrong guys, or what should i do?

It is the game files not server....(having bugs or infinite loading)

GetPersonaInfo_200.xml
GetPersonaInfo_300.xml
Open them and replace <PersonaId> with 200 and 300 respectively.
