How i add formation button in my UI

please can i get some information because i dont know really where i need to code for add formation button

I think you mean the version there is an Darkorbit version without drone formations and there are version with drone formations, so you need the version with droneformations if you dont have it.
If you have that version you just need to code the whole action bar if im right :D
