Conquer Online Server.dat

Excuse me can any1 help me with my server.dat
My client is version 5987 and I cant edit my server.dat it appears in Chinese

First of all, the server.dat in modern versions of the client is not in Chinese, but is in fact encrypted using RSA. Due to the cryptographic nature of RSA, the client is able to decrypt the file and read the server information, but you cannot re-encrypt it without the private key. Most modern servers these days bypass the RSA encryption or use a precompiled loader.

the thing is I cant find any loader, all links are dead

Links are working fine, considering I downloaded it today.

If I said that attachments dont work for me and I need someone to reupload them, then its only logical that they will reupload using a different approach (aka websites such as mediafire and rapidshare)
