Name Change

Hello all
i have been looking for a working char name change scroll but all the old release links are dead and can not find one that actually works , i have the name change scrolls on in my database and on my server but they do not work or do anything when you click on them , if anyone knows how to make them work or has the actual files or knows of a guide to help that would be awesome , thanks

Thank you milan1 , that was exactly what i needed and solved my problem not only that but gave me new ideas on how to fix other scrolls and i have sent you you thanks .
