Where can I find base character stats?

By that I mean for example health increasing each level for a human fighter. Where would I find this information? I've been looking for ages in an extracted data file and i just can't find it.

I want to know in ep5.3 how many stats a level 70 Fighter UM would have.

You'll find them in [PS_GameDefs].[dbo].[CharDefs] or [StatusDefs] which is part of the database, not the client.

SHStudio is mostly designed for Client files, and in order to make a change into a server you need the SQL database installed, and what you are looking is not client side, is server sided work which will be only on Database.

lvl 70 get 9 point per lvl you have to make 69 x 9

on base stat depend the classe
