[HELP]How to transfer client + db to dedicated Server?

hello guys i need your help..
my question is how could i transfer my client and database to my dedicated server?maybe someone who already using dedicated server could give some guides and teach me step by step to process it..;)

You could setup a FTP server, you could use a VPN, you could setup a webpage, you could use a file sharing site, you could email it in parts, you could use remote software with file sharing support. The possibilities are endless.

Just compress it and then upload it somewhere...then u can download it from where u uploaded....

just transfer it like usual ??

and in case you dont want to mess up the dedi server by installing ftp then you can do it differend

first install ftp on your vps or where your client+db is located

then go to your dedi , open internet explorer and use this command to conect to your ftp server

ftp://username : password @ ipadress

and then if you setup ftp right , then you will see your files

then just drag the file to your desktop and it will transfer it for you

or if you want to make it realy easy ??

if i am right , your register page is on your server ??
then just make a big rar file of everything
put it in your WWW folder
and go to your ip/file
and download it from there

it cant be easyer then that
and you got everything you need in less then ... 10 min ??
