Just set everything low should be fine, but battles like the FTW and big trades are where it hurts even on powerful rigs it lags your fps there is not much you can do about that.

Yeah, should be fine. Most important setting to turn off is shadows. As the user above said, any uniques hunting (many mobs at once) or FW battles will probably freeze your computer on the other hand.

Its all good as long as everything is on low , but it will still be lagging on Fortress war if your are playing on a crowded server

Are you guys kidding? It's the same game from 10 years ago. Dont think the game's requirements increased just because your computer specs became better. I've played Silkroad on much much worse computers. So yes, you can play for sure.

Depeding on your GPU, you may have to play on lower graphics.

Yes you can ! Silkroad is a pretty old game, people used to play it on a garbage pc literally.
