Looks pretty cool, good old texture edits =P

Gets a little thick around the character when the effect is fully visible.

But that's just me though.

Really funny actually, cause I though about making a vigor like that, lol

Since it's an effect placed in the middle of the character and spinning around.

Just to put a glowing ball in the middle of the texture and BOOM Pwnage effect!

Yeah, and if you know where to look from, the file is already in the CO folder :)

Hey little feedback. It works great. But the effect doesn't last very long. It shows for like 1 second then its gone. Is there anyway to slow this effect?

what do u mean? the 2nd rb vigor is supposed to only go around the character a few times and shows up once in like 20 seconds or something
