I have set up a private server to try things in the game but i cant seem to find a working client or i dont know how to use the clients in this website please reply and help thanks

whats a loader and is the client in the executable folder?

If you ask what a loader is you're clearly not ready to host a private server. Download the official conquer or an already online private server to "test things in the game".
